Location: Sheikh Zayed
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to manage and maintain all project documentation in line with company procedures and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain an effective document control system

• Register, distribute, archive, and track all project documents

• Maintain updated records of drawings, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence

• Ensure only the latest approved document versions are used on site

• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors

• Prepare document registers, logs, transmittals, and status reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Document Controller (construction preferred)

• Strong knowledge of document control procedures

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• High attention to detail, strong organization, and communication skills
