Description

Roles & Responsibilities of the Operational Manager

Ensuring the successful and effective management of the operations of D Luxe, along with managing the needs of the stakeholder.

The Operations Manager is expected to analyze space and employee requirements and monitor process workflow, and to ensure that a safe and healthy work environment is maintained.

Design, manage and improve strategic and operational objectives;
Ensure all operations within the workshop are carried on in an appropriate, costeffective way in line with the vision and mission of the D Luxe brand;
Effective management of stakeholder communication and needs;
Improve operational management systems, processes and implement best practices in the industry;
Improve profitability of the operations through strategies covering pricing strategies, cost efficiencies, enhanced customer experience and improved footfall;
Timely identification, assessment and evaluation of risks to the Lube operations and proposing recommendations for risk treatment;
Oversee purchasing, inventory management and warehouse efficiency;
Support the organization's processes remain legally compliant;
Manage budgets and forecasts for the operations;
Implement controls to monitor the quality assurance objectives;
Implement and monitor service KPIs;
Implement innovative ways to enhance quality of customer service and satisfaction;
Identify and propose training needs of staff;
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns;
Problem-Solve and resolve daily operational challenges through consistent monitoring to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations and standard operating procedures; and
Support the group Finance & HR function with documentation requirements and reporting requirements.
