Work hand in hand with HR Performance and Analytics Specialist, by supporting and being involved in all aspects for performance and risk/audit management.
Responsible of employee's data/information, HR Performance such as cards management, target results tracking, Risk and Audit management, monthly check of results presentation, and HR KPIs reports.
Responsibilities
Be the focal point for Performance in all HR External Markets Region, being responsible for the Check of Results presentation in a monthly basis.
Be responsible for annual individual target cards management (system registers and maintaining), assisting on annual cards deployment, sharing our team results on a monthly basis
MbO methodologies facilitator ensuring alignments, supporting the team to know their deviations. Also, following-up with the team to get their justifications and action plans for continuous improvement
Guarantee regularly the global KPIs metrics are reflecting our company's targets
Assist on building HR dashboards to support business and management decisions.
Support the HR focal point for Risk & Audit.
Regularly follow-up the status of all action plans to properly report and assist the owners on report their evidence to close the action plans.
Assist the annual Risk assessment workshop by helping the team to list potential risks, and to define proper action plans and deadlines.
Academic Background
- Bachelor's Degree in HR management or business administration of any related field
Desirable requirements
- Demonstrated ability to rollup sleeves and work with team members in a handson management capacity (proactive team player)
- Strong daily routine management skills, having experience on building/developing reports and presentations
- High standards of accuracy; strongly organized; deadlineconscious and detail + result oriented
- Strong followup skills and able to communicate with different cultures & nationalities
- Knowledge in Risk and Audit management/assessment. Ability to support the HR team on internal audit professional standards with regarding to planning, testing, sampling documentation and reporting
- Able to drive strong foundation & compliance in HR, being able to manage confidential information
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance management and data management
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR area, Risk/Audit management, and working with a highlevel positions and big network
- Advanced knowledge in MS (Word/Excel/Power Point), including Power Query
- Good to have: Power BI and Lean tools.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese is mandatory, and Turkish would be a plus
