Job Summary


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join one of our Client's Team, It is an established organization in Dubai specializing in the Leasing and Selling of commercial and residential properties coupled with experience in Comprehensive Property Management functions and services.


As a Business Development Executive, You will actively prospect and generate leads, This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and a competitive package.


Roles and responsibilities

  • Locate potential business deals by market research and contacting potential landlords
  • Responsible for maximizing the sales of the company by sourcing the properties
  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining negotiating, and closing deals for real estate
  • Work closely with the leasing department to design and execute strategies for developing business
  • Interface with existing landlords to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth
  • Defining and following up on yearly targets and objectives
  • Develop and deliver the business plans by carrying out research, formulating market analysis, and delivering accurate business reports
  • Define and follow up on yearly targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new services.
  • Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
  • Serves as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects.
  • Proactively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company's services.
  • Build referral and lead generation networks.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by HOD.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 24 years of experience with a developer or real estate agency in a similar capacity with a proven track record
  • Experience in a bank's property management division will be an added advantage
  • Thorough understanding of the UAE property market
  • Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Must be a graduate of a reputed university
  • Positive 'can‐do' attitude
  • A proactive approach to performance improvement and organizational change
  • Confident in engaging with and managing stakeholders
  • High level of motivation and initiative; selfstarter
  • Effective team player

Salary:
AED7, AED9,000.00 per month


Experience:

Business Development Real Estate: 3 years (preferred)


Language:


  • Arabic (required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE driving license (required)
