A UAE based Retail Company looking for Store Manager (Fashion Industry)


Job Overview:


Charge of the day-to-day operations of store, coordinate staff, and ensure our customers have excellent shopping experiences and ensure the smooth operations and maximum profitability of a shop.

Job Responsibilities:
Staff awareness of personal & shop target achievements
Updating Area Managers on overall shop performance on the set targets
Allocating targets to team member
Staff Daily briefing
Staff motivation
Staff Monitoring in all Area
Duty Allocations
Preparing the schedules ensuring covering of peak times in the store
Key Performance Indicator (Average Transaction Value, Unit per Transaction)
Staff Appraisal
Team performance
Following the store SOP, rules and regulation, policies and procedures
Display, Poster and distribution plan class wise
Stock replenishment request
Store wise on hand and Class Wise Capacity
Stock inventory
Following the store daily and weekly reports
Delivery Coordination with warehouse team Members
Store Ambiance ( Lighting, music and Housekeeping)
Weekly Checking of Competitor, Sharing the feedback to the management
Similar Styles in the markets, Promotions, selling price
Making sure the stock room is free of damage (item Damage, In sore damage)
Shop Items must be uploaded in the system accordingly
Making sure of Eye catching Visual Merchandising
Items on promotion must be available and presentable.


Qualifications:

  • 5 years of retail and retail management experience Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson
Strong customer service, management and communication skills
Experience with footwear, hand bags, accessories.


Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months


Salary:
AED6, AED7,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
