Telesales / Call Center Executive
English Speaking BPO Call Center Experience Is Required
Baden BPO & Software LLC seeks dynamic and personable sales and customer service agents to manage client inquiries. A background in call center and customer service is a requirement.
Shift Timing: 6:00 pm - 2:30 am (Evening Shift)
Work Days:
Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
Responsibilities:
A call center representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls, and electronic communications.
Qualifications:
- Strong command of the English language
- Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving, multitasking skills, and organizational expertise mastering job description, oncall scripting, and industry product knowledge
