Charterhouse is currently assisting with a search to identify Corporate M&A Associates for the Dubai office of an international law firm.

About the role

This is an opportunity to work for a leading firm and partake in intellectually challenging and rewarding work, this position will see close collaboration with the lead Partners and Fee Earners in the firm's Dubai office and well as its broader global network.

As part of the corporate team, you will be assisting the firm's platinum clients.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global leading law firm which is well established in the UAE market with clear long-term career developments prospects and the opportunity to play a key role in relation to high profile matters.

About you

Our client is seeking a high-quality qualified solicitor with 2-4 PQE gained in an established, international firm within the GCC.

Common law qualification is preferred but not essential.

To be considered for this position, you will have a strong academic record, with established regional M&A and Private Equity experience.

Arabic language skills are not required, but will be an advantage.

The role will require strong communication skills, with the ability to draft and deliver arguments and judgements succinctly, objectively and logically.

You will need to have good judgement, and the ability to form and maintain strong client relationships.
