• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment with proficiency and attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe, including cleaning equipment, countertops, and seating areas.
• Stock and replenish supplies as needed, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and giving correct change.
• Recommend menu items and make suggestions based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Create latte art and other decorative finishes to enhance the presentation of beverages.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, fostering a sense of community and loyalty to the cafe.
