- Work as part of amultidisciplinary team across a range of industries to assistcompanies in better understand and develop solutions to respond tothe complex and evolving policy, regulatory, and businessenvironment risks and opportunities associated withESG/Sustainability andDecarbonization.
- Supervise and enhance theanalysis of corporate activities and provide recommendationsrelated to enhance their sustainability/ESG strategy, methods,framework, and related tools to support clients in achieving theirsustainability/ ESG objectives.
- Development ofsustainability/ESG programs and related reporting, such asmateriality assessments, peer benchmarking, stakeholder engagement,gap analysis, metric/KPI identification (in alignment with commonsustainability/ESG reporting standards such as GRI), and thepreparation of reporting (internal and external)materials.
- Supervise and coach engagement teamsto perform fieldwork, including data collection, analysis, and workpaper documentation; prepare, edit, and proofread narrative reportsand presentations of observations andrecommendations.
- Support team leads with clientrelationships, business development efforts, and drafting thoughtleadership, as well as internal collateral and pieces of trainingon sustainability and ESG topics; work closely, but independently,under the direction of Managers, Directors, andPartners.
- Review of relevant sustainabilitydata (i.e. benchmarking, trends, regulatorydevelopments).
- Day to day management ofprojects, ensuring quality and liaising with internal and externalstakeholders and manage budgets.
- Coach juniorteam members to develop new skills, monitor their performance,support their development and help manage their careergrowth.
- Ability to quickly learn conceptsoutside of your area ofexpertise.
