• To maintain harmonious PR withtrade and prompt & efficient customer service at alltimes
• 100% compliance to journeyplans
• Participate in all team-workingand be an effective team-player at alltimes.
• To achieve set KPIs onDistribution, Visibility (BDA implementation /or share of space asper our market share &planograms)
• To secure our primaryvisibility in category (as above) and also explore secondaryvisibility opportunities to havedominance.
• To ensure all-roundavailability of MSL and other targeted tactical skus in everyoutlet with adequate stock-pressure.
•To manage trade-returns within agreedlevels.
• To highlight near expiryissues well before expiry date (3 months prior) and take ownershipfor the liquidation of same, after diligently followingFIFO.
• To ensure all listing anddistribution of NPIs within 30 days in targetedoutlets.
• To take swift action on newoutlet openings and negotiate strong BDAs withthem.
• To execute allpromotional/activation etc as per targetednorms/timelines.
• Evaluate competitionactivities and observe trade/consumertrends
• To participate and share allsurvey findings (price, competition, categoryetc)
• To rigorously follow all SOPswith regard to Van maintenance, inventory management, cashdeposits, reporting, timings etc).
