    Job PurposeDevelop new accounts and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Proactively identify upcoming business opportunities and fill the sales pipeline.
    Key Accountabilities & Working Relationships


    Develop and implement strategies and plans to identify and pursue new accounts according to the sales strategy in coordination with the Sales and Marketing Manager.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Proactively identify needs, especially upcoming orders.

    Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager and other departments, such as Proposals and Estimates, to develop effective strategies and solutions that meet clients' needs.

    Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners. Attend industry events to promote the company's products and services.

    Prepare and present regular reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager on sales performance, market trends, and account development activities.

    Coordinate with the Proposal & Estimate team to develop competitive bids and proposals for new accounts and projects.
    Ensure that clients receive Aftersales high-quality support and service after purchasing the company's products and services. Be a reference person for client issues and coordinate with production to solve aftersales issues.

    Who we are looking forQualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)

    Professional Qualifications:
    Technical Certifications in the related field

    Experience:
    10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
