Technical Delivery Manager will take full ownership of the product enhancements and innovations, such as introduction of new customer journeys and integrations with multiple systems.

This role will be responsible in understanding the business requirement to be able to create technical scoping (functional/non-functional), ensuring that the scope of the development & delivery is understood, and the technical solution meets the business needs.

Job Purpose - This role is accountable from the business scoping of a technical deliverable through to enablement of technical benefits realization, functional / non-functional ensuring that the scope of the delivery is understood, and technical solution meets the business needs.


Key Accountabilities Qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies:

  • Gather, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on the business impact.
  • Introduce existing solutions and integration approaches to the stakeholders.
  • Map stakeholders' expectation to the existing functionalities & integration approaches available in product.
  • Prepare customization inputs required to meet expectation.
  • Analyze and understand how all elements of the ecosystem work together and develop approaches that fit the overall strategy.
  • Technical understanding between the external partners and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders for discussing the feasibility of implementing specific customization in the functionalities and integration approaches.
  • Own the technical delivery of multiple projects from scoping and requirements definition.
  • Work with external and internal stakeholders to prepare technical scope based on the business requirement with clear requirements for design includes onboarding, user journey, user stories, features, functionalities, technical call flows (APIs and protocols), integration approaches, impact analysis, reporting requirement.
  • Proactive engagement with thirdparty suppliers on technical solution requirements.
  • Maintain the release calendar across all the platforms.
  • Coordinate with DevOps and Dev team for releases.
  • Identify prerequisites to technical deliveries and ensure that they are delivered and when technical deliveries are at risk to be able to resolve them by taking corrective action.
  • Clarify and elaborate the scope of work to development & testing team (Internal/external).
  • Create training material and provide demo to various internal and external stakeholders. Product Validation, Implementation and UAT Sign off.
  • Manage relationships with solution providers (vendors) and ensure they deliver as per plan and requirement and scope.
  • Work closely with test team to define the test plan, test scripts, technical integration test cases and user acceptance tests.
