For our new office in Dubai, we are looking for

MEP Design Coordinator – Underground Projects - 100% (m/f)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP systems, with specific experience in coordinating complex underground projects


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate MEP design activities across various underground projects, ensuring integration and alignment with overall project objectives.
• Lead collaboration between project teams, including architects, engineers, and construction managers, to ensure design efficiency and compliance.
• Review and approve MEP design drawings and specifications, ensuring they meet local codes and environmental standards.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to highquality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Facilitate problemsolving sessions and conflict resolution between different teams and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and standards in MEP and underground construction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/ mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP design, with at least 2 years in underground projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.
• Proficient in MEP design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
• Middle east experience is an advantage.
