Description
We are looking for Health Safety & Environment Officer who has already worked in any indoor or outdoor parks.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines for resort and parks operations, ensuring compliance with laws and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, collaborate with departments to establish controls, and monitor their effectiveness to mitigate identified risks.
  • Promote a safetyfirst culture by delivering HSE training, raising awareness of protocols, and leading investigations into incidents.
  • Maintain emergency response plans, conduct drills, and oversee environmental aspects to minimize the facilities' impact and ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Keep accurate records, prepare management reports on HSE performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure safety standards.
  • Communicate HSE efforts transparently to guests, emphasizing safety practices and achievements.

Requirements:


  • 10+2,any diploma is mandatory
  • NEBOSH course is mandatory
  • 23 years of experience as HSE officer in any resort/indooroutdoor parks
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and propose effective solutions

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 7 months


Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
