    Role SummaryWe are seeking experienced Senior Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers to support the construction supervision of a prestigious Branded Residences and 5-Star Hotel development.

    These site-based roles will report to the Senior Resident Engineer and will be responsible for supervising works within their respective disciplines, ensuring construction is delivered in line with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, authority requirements, and brand guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities (All Disciplines)Carry out day-to-day construction supervision and site inspections within the assigned discipline.
    Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and authority approvals.
    Review and respond to inspection requests (IRs), technical submissions, and method statements.
    Monitor contractor performance, workmanship, and progress on site.
    Coordinate with other discipline engineers, inspectors, and the supervision team to manage interfaces.
    Support supervision of high-quality finishes, guestrooms, residential units, and shared facilities.
    Identify non-conformances and support resolution of site issues.
    Contribute to daily and weekly site reports and progress updates.
    Ensure compliance with project quality, health & safety, and brand standards.
    Discipline-Specific FocusSenior Structural EngineerSupervision of structural works, concrete, steel, and specialist structural systems.
    Review structural shop drawings and technical submissions.
    Senior Architectural EngineerSupervision of architectural works and finishes.
    Strong focus on luxury finishes, mock-ups, façade works, and brand compliance.
    Senior Mechanical EngineerSupervision of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and specialist MEP systems.
    Coordination with commissioning and testing activities.
    Senior Electrical EngineerSupervision of power, lighting, ELV, and specialist electrical systems.
    Interface with authority approvals and commissioning teams.

    Candidate RequirementsBachelor's degree in the relevant engineering discipline (Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical).12–15 years' total experience, with a minimum of 6–8 years in construction supervision roles.

    Proven experience on luxury hotels, branded residences, or high-end residential projects.
    Strong background in consultant / PMC supervision roles.
    Experience supervising high-quality finishes and services installations in hospitality environments.
    Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
