- Technical Support for ERPDynamics 365 FO CRM POS systems
- Expertise in report development in ERP D365 system BI report development Power Platform data export and import
- Proficient in Mobile apps and web applications
- Technical experience in.NET ADO.Net X D365 workflow Visual Studio SQL Server Java Script
- Knowledge in managing Azure / AWS server
- Required to coordinate with vendor support implement and train internal users
- Providing firstlevel support to the users and managing ERP applications up and running
- Maintaining existing software hardware and upgrading
- Follow company policies and procedures demonstrate efficient teamwork and contribute to the success of the Resort
- To maintain the highest standard of conduct professionalism uniform appearance and hygiene
- To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Information Technology Electronics & Communication Engineering Bachelor of Technology) BSC or equal degree
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as Application Developer and Technical Support in the UAE
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows software including server office exchange and database maintenance and system security
- Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics
- Ability to determine IT needs and train endusers
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support
- Highly organized and detailoriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
