VLAKAR Real Estate is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Property Consultant to join our dynamic team.
As a Property Consultant you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying selling and renting properties while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the entire real estate process from initial consultation to closing the deal.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in the purchasing selling and renting of properties
Conduct market analysis to determine property values and provide clients with accurate information
Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth and successful transaction
Provide exceptional customer service and build longterm relationships with clients
Stay updated on local and national real estate market trends and regulations
Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to clients
Negotiate and finalize deals in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate property showings and open houses
Utilize various marketing strategies to attract potential clients and promote properties
Collaborate with other real estate professionals to ensure a seamless process for clients
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Property Consultant
Active Real Estate Broker license (RERA)
Strong knowledge of local and national real estate laws and regulations
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successful real estate transactions
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software programs
