Contribute to the identification of profiles, ensure the recruitment (preselection, distribution of offers, sourcing, interviews, financial negotiation) and the deployment of experts_
Ensure the management of deployed missions (daily management of experts, reimbursement of expenses, monitoring of schedules, monitoring of relations with national and French partners)_
Control budgetary and financial reporting and ensure compliance with technical reporting_

- _Weekly monitoring of files / unit meetings_
- _Support the CPs of the unit on complex files_
- _Participate, with the support and guidance of the Division Manager, in the development and empowerment of the members of the unit_
- _Organize and monitor the training and integration of new CP employees_
- _Organize and monitor team interim / continuity of service_
- _Manage emergencies in connection with the PR_
