    Description
    • Ensure the safety of guests, suppliers, visitors contractors and employees., and property by actively monitoring the premises and responding to incidents promptly and appropriately.
    • Assist in responding to emergencies, including fires, medical incidents, and other critical situations, following established safety procedures.
    • Keeps the Cluster Health & Safety Officer & Cluster Director of Security informed of all safety related matters.
    • Liaises with Management personnel and all employees and assist with safety concerrns.
    • Liaises with local law enforcement and Fire & Safety officials if required.
    • Proper grooming at all times
    • Inspects lobbies, corridors, guest floors, public areas and outside, including parking area.
    • Inspect public areas to detect fires, unsafe conditions, and conditions of safety equipments.
    • Provide assistance and support to guests, addressing their safety concerns and inquiries professionally and courteously.
    • Notifies concerned Department Head of presence of persons with questionable reputations.
    • Assists management and enforcement officers in emergency situations.
    • Complies and records data for Safety Control.
    • Investigates & Document all incidents, accidents, and safety-related activities in a clear and concise manner, maintaining accurate records.
    • Ensures all Fire safety equipment is at the designated places and are serviceable at all times.
    • Ensures all Fire Exits and stairs are clear from obstruction at all times.
    • Reports complaints or problems to Cluster Health & Safety Officer & Cluster Director of Security if no immediate solution can be found.
    • Ensures a high level of product knowledge of hotel and local areas.
    • Ensures a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.
    • Ensures the Cluster Health & Safety Officer & Cluster Director of Security is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either customers or other departments.
    • Reads all memos concerning Safety.
    • Attends training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge.
    • At the end of the shift or the day, she/he has to communicate all information that the next shift or the Cluster Health & Safety Officer & Cluster Director of Security has to know for a well running of the operations.
    • Provide Safety related trainings to the departments/ contractors as assigned by Cluster Health & Safety Officer.
