We are seeking to hire
Transformation Manager to serve for Mega Real Estate Development Company based in Dubai - UAE.

The job holder's role is to support Director of the department in driving and implementing transformation initiatives to support the Company's objectives and improve efficiencies within the organization.


Responsibilities:


Process Design:


  • Lead process design sprints with the business, to draft processes, evaluate the effectiveness of current processes and challenge current state and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Engage with the right stakeholders to ensure all inputs are captured within the processes, in alignment with functional and cross functional participants.
  • Design and standardize forms / templates / checklists related to the processes
  • Identify optimization opportunities in all aspects and initiatives under taken by company.

Process Alignment:


  • Align the processes with CX journeys, and highlight any discrepancies early in the cycle, to discuss and agree the way forward with all stakeholders.
  • Establish and ensure continuous update of "Master Tracker" that shows the full 360degree linkage of a process to all related parameters and ensure updates to all associated documents whenever there is a change.

Process Communication & Awareness:


  • Establish and ensure continuous update of BPM tracking tool, with the purpose of uploading and linking all the documents within the tool, and communicating with the business to create awareness of such tools.
  • Support Director of department in conducting knowledge transfer sessions with the business, to ensure engagement of all employees and their full understanding for process compliance.
  • The job requires collaboration with all stakeholders within the organization at different levels, to be able to progress and achieve the desired results.
  • The job holder is expected to make highlight any challenges early on and present recommended solutions to Director and other stakeholders, for decisions and next steps, and take ownership of implementing the recommendations.

work Experiences /Education:6+ years in similar field work experience in Real Estate Development**. or in management consulting, strategy, operations, or finance BA/BS degree.

Process design, Process improvement, Transformation, Problem-solving, Good Communication, Collaboration and Strong follow-up skills.


Effective communications:
excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations.


Salary:
AED13, AED18,000.00 per month
