Responsibilities:

Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Provide guidance and support to staff members, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Monitor daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
Ensure the store is wellmaintained and visually appealing, including cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management tasks, such as receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and managing product returns.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating as needed.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as sales targets, conversion rates, and average transaction value, and take proactive measures to optimize performance.
Uphold company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computers and retail management software.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fluency in English is required

Salary:
AED7,000.00 per month
