On the floor follow up of the trainings shared so as ensure implementation. Encourage and establish learning culture in boutiques through floor training & coaching sessions.

Job Responsibilitiesa) Assess the teams' individual learning needs and performance to develop and align with concerned parties on short, mid & long-term training and development plansb) Analyze Mystery Shopping results and individual KPIs of the sales team to identify areas of development and plan for necessary supportc) Contributes to defining the training calendar based on learning needs / retail excellence projects/partners requests/strategy for the Middle Eastd) Roll-out training programs as per training calendar (onboarding of newcomers, product & client experience training)Job Requirementsa) Minimum 4 years of related work experience with minimum 1 experience in the luxury industry.

A retail experience is a plus.b) Excellent presentation and public speaking skills & Excellent organization skillsc) An in-depth understanding of Luxury Retail, Client Experience, and selling skills are requiredd) Brand and strong general WFJ knowledge is requirede) Excellent understanding of Adult Learning and blended learning. Demonstrate ability to influence, strong follow-up skills
