Our client is a leading FMCG multinationallooking to hire an Deputy Manager PurchaseRaw Materials to be basedin Dubai.
Youll be the Raw material

Procurement Lead:
Handling Procurement ofRaw materials like Fragrances Silicones Flavours Extracts andessentials Oils Specialty Chemicals from Global Market forUAE. Youll manage Purchase operations andCoordinate between Production marketing team andManagement. Demonstrated ability to find newsuppliers / vendors negotiation of prices and logistic costs& quality. Day to day analysis ofreports received from factory. Maintainingaccurate and separate excel sheet for individual foreign clientsfor the samples received from team.
Responsible for getting the latest and s from vendors and arrangingfor samples as when required. Should be ableto create Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order(PO). Define criteria for vendor selectionby conducting market intelligence with reference to current markettrends quality payment terms delivery termsetc. Approving & shortlisting onevendor based on the quotation comparative analysis done by theteam. Handle and resolve escalationsreceived from team in connection to material receipt PO mismatchnegotiation etc.

Review the report of openpurchase requisitions and purchase orders with the team and ensurethe same is closed on timely basis.

Ensurepayments to vendors are happening as per agreedterms. Periodically revisit payment termsdelivery terms insurance freight basic rate MOQ etc with existingvendors.

Along with planning &strategic sourcing function define levels of inventory to be keptfor different class of material on a periodic basis.

(reorder levelmaximum stock etc). Take steps to improvethe internal TAT of business processes w.r.t. PO material receiptGRN submission of documents etc. Implement the same after approvalfrom management. Submission of MIS on timelybasis to management.
