Hiring for a reputed hospitality client based in Dubai.Job Role - Digital Marketing Manager

Job description
Responsibilities:
- Should have the ability to create a digital brand strategy using multiple channels. Excellent handson experience in execution / Executing the digital plan as set out by HOD in a timely manner.
- Perform regular market trends and competitive analysis, providing quarterly reports to HOD.
- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Contribute to the formulation of the annual online marketing strategy. Set up and launch optimized paid marketing campaigns to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and report the company's performance across all social media platforms.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword research, image optimization, backlinks, customer journey etc.)
- Ensure the company's digital profile and website are maintained and information is kept up to date.
- Distribute online newsletters and EDM's.
- Evaluate and contribute to influencer marketing outreach initiatives.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing.
Qualification and desired skill sets- Minimum
2 years in a Digital Marketing lead/manager role with total of
5-7 years of experience.
- Strong datadriven person & should have a successful track record of lead conversion.
- Strong prioritization skills while managing multiple projects.
- Highly organized and strategic thinker.
- The ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines is a must.
- Flexible and open to the adoption of changing priorities and schedules.
- Attention to detail is a must.
Pay:
AED18, AED23,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
