    Experience At least 3 to 5 yearspreviously working as a Quantitative Researcher

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Oversees the entire research process from start to finishtogether with the Senior Research team.
    • Designthe research tools for quantitative and qualitativestudies
    • Timing briefs (project and interviewer/ moderator) moderating (in the qualitative team) desk researchscreener design questionnaire / discussion guide design samplinganalysis plans tab specs data processing report design / templatesdata analysis and insights and presentations.
    • Ensures research basics and disciplines are implementedand upheld including: logic checks checklists task instructionsdocument standards and policies and procedures(P&P).
    • Responsible for overall qualitycontrol and all quality control documentation.
    • Ensures the process runs according to deadlines andbudget together with the Project Manager.
    • Ensures integration of information from multiple sourceswhere applicable and available.
    • Conducts deskresearch to add value to all reports / presentations and assist theclient in understanding the UAE and MENA market.
    • Assists with research design for the entireproject.
    • Report writing analyzing data andpresents the study results to the client.
    • Enhance and maintain client relationship by taking aproactive approach to growing knowledge of client business andenvironment.
    • Contributor to success anddevelops the business unit.
    • Provide advice andconsultations to the clients.
    • Handling clientsrequests and queries in a professional manner.
    • Monitoring the progress and budgets ofprojects.
    • Assist senior members on ad hocprojects as assigned

    What WereLooking For:

    • Holder of Bachelors /Masters Degree
    • At least 3 to 5 yearspreviously working as a Quantitative Researcher
    • Advanced knowledge and experience in using variousMicrosoft applications
    • Capable of creating anddelivering compelling presentations using visual aids and effectivepresentation techniques
    • Superior analyticaland problemsolving abilities
    • Bilingual Fluency(English & Arabic)
    • Understanding ofbusiness development principles strategies and practices
    • The ability to work well within a team environmentcollaborate with colleagues and contribute to group objectives isessential for success in this role
