    Description

    We are currently assisting aSports Center for Adults and Children based in DIP Dubai. Thecompany is currently looking for a receptionist who will performbut not limited to the followingresponsibilities:

    • Answer telephonecalls
    • Makebooking
    • Processpayment
    • Assist in managing socialmedia posts (familiar with using Canva and other creativetools)
    • Tour prospective clientsaround the facility
    • Answer anyqueries of customers whenappropriate

    The working schedules are asfollows:

    • Monday to Friday 12NN8PMand Saturday there is a few hours to cover9AM12NN


    Requirements

    Tobe considered for this role you must meet the followingcriteria:
    • atleast 2 years of work experience in theUAE
    • strongfluency in Englishlanguage
    • haveworked at least 2 to 3 years in general administration /receptionist role in a sports/fitness/club/hotelfacilities
    • haveexperience in handling adult and childrenclients
    • flexibleto work 6 days in a week and can work untilevening
    • familiarwith using CANVA and can manage social mediachannels
    • ideallycan joinimmediately
