- Provide initial prospects opinions toinsurers on a wide variety of civil disputes, including thoserelating to breach of contract, nuisance, property disputes,boundary disputes, professional negligence andconstruction.
- Be expected to manage a case loadof their own, including recommending reserves and settingstrategies under the supervision of senior feeearners.
- Have a mixed case load of claimant anddefendant work.
- Work predominantly on casesthat are funded under legal expenses insurance policies, but willalso gain exposure to privately fundedmatters.
