JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Prepare and test the samples from all phases of a Raw Material and Packing Material.
  • Prepare and test the samples from all phases of manufacturing, filling and packing.
  • Prepare reagents, media, dilution and solution to conduct test and other handling process.
  • Create and update specification and set the standard for all incoming and inhouse production.
  • Ensure the substance meets the standard as per approved specification.
  • Prepare the report that result of their lab work and onsite works.
  • Release the items with release sticker if result found OK and/or raise OOS for management decision.
  • Proper control and preserve of retention samples, reference sample, documents and reports.
  • Be responsible of Inhouse equipment calibration, minor equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Ensure that the manufacturing and filling as per approved standard during in line QC checking.
  • Conduct weekly factory checklist audits as per audit plan and make the report for corrective action.
  • Suggest the new ideas and improvements to improve the overall process quality.
  • Have a role in preserving safety workplace and safe materials handling as appropriate.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma
  • 2 years of experience in a cosmetics manufacturing company

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- cosmetics - manufacturing industry: 2 years (preferred)
