- Support with the development ofthe overall category roadmap & vision. Directly responsiblefor achieving revenue and gross margin targets for relevantcategories serving multiple platforms atnoon
- Proven track record in defining theoptimal assortment, stock planning responsibly, driving pricingdecisions for P&L efficiencies whilst maintainingcompetitiveness, sourcing new brand partnerships and executingproduct launches
- Additionally, you will workwith the vendors in your category to source marketing investmentsand ensure campaigns are executed with the highest standards,working closely with the Ads team toensure
- Ensure customer experience is always atthe forefront of all category decisions through a compellingassortment that is carefully curated to serve all relevant customertypes, thoughtful in-app merchandising and best-in-class productcontent, and implementing the perfect consumer journeys through ourhost of channels by combining a deep understanding of the categoryand our customer base
- Develop long-standingrelationships with distributors and brands to identify and addressany gaps, increase their consumer engagement through innovativecampaigns, and increase adoption of noon's full suite ofin-app and out of app tools
- Work seamlessly oncross-functional obligations (including but not limited to,in-stock, operations, customer service, growth and legal teams) tocontinuously improve the platform and experience, utilizing datainsights to identify prioritytasks
