- Bachelor's degree or above in economics, marketing, health care, engineering, or related
- More than 5 years of senior marketing management role experience in a global company (healthcare industry is ideal)
- Prior product manager experience in one of the following devices: anaesthesia or ventilation, or neonatal ventilation
- Understanding of healthcare compliance rules in Japan
- Strong track record of leading a marketing team
- Fluent level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
