    Requirements

    Skills& Requirements:
    • 10+ years inIT with 5+ years of experience in managing IT Security/ Assuranceprojects.
    TypicalProgrammeComplexity:
    • Largeprojects with multiple workstreams and deliverables, impacting anentire function, department or product line, with business andtechnicalchange.
    • Projectmanagement certification, ideally PMP and agile certification ITSecurity PMs work with a projectteam.
    • Overseeingdevelopment of IT security systems for protection of facilities,personnel, data andassets.
    • ITsecurity knowledge and experience is a keyrequirement.
    Dimensions&Accountabilities:
    • Plan,execute, monitor, control, and close all aspects of the projectlifecycle adhering to the Project Delivery Framework (PDF)methodology.
    • Buildand roll out new products and services that meet the objectives setby the Decision Review Board, keeping to the time, cost, qualityparametersset.
    • Deliverwithin-programme benefits to the function or business, deliveringvalue from an earlystage.
    • Motivateand lead the project team through periods of uncertainty, whilerecommending barriers to be removed so that the team can completeits objectives while managingpressure.
    • Createand deliver relevant and impactful communications for diverseaudiences (executives, consumers, staff across a business orfunction).
    • Focusand motivate project teams to remain resilient after setbacks andto recoverperformance.
    • Recommendtaking calculated risks and apply judgment at a project orworkstream level to make timely decisions that will maximizevalue.
    • Recommendchanges to balance execution efficiency with risk mitigation, valuedelivery, cost, andquality.
    • Understandprogramme or project goals and business context at all stages ofthe lifecycle, and particularly when responding to challenges andchange. Recommend acceptable courses of action whereappropriate.
    • Supportthe leadership of the projects natural team, ensuring that theproject team collaborates effectively with business IT, theimpacted teams, wider stakeholders both internally andexternally.
    • Recommendingresolutions to issues such as financing, risk, resourcing,integrated planning and long-term support and management of anyresulting products andservices.
    • Supportmore junior members of staff, contribute to improvementinitiatives, and assist assurancereviews.
