Description
Responding/handling clients inquires and production orders- Tracking and coordinating shipments with the service providers.
- Coordinating with logistics departments for any collection/delivery orders
- Assisting our General Manager in handling customer requirements.
- Updating clients on the balances they have on their accounts.
- Assisting compliance department by communicating with clients.
- Preparing production plans to the factory.
- Maintain records through filing, coding and updating
- Assisting accounts department in collections of the service charges.
- Submitting reports and summary of daily transaction at the end of the day.
- Prepare daily report and transactions summary
- Assisting General Manager on new business development projects
Qualifications:
- Good reading and writing skills.
- Strong grammar and spelling.
- Competent keyboard skills.
- Good communication.
- An ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- The ability to concentrate for long periods of time.
- Attention to detail.
- Freshers can apply
