Description
Personal Assistant and admin to Managing Director (20% to 30% time)
- Taking care of all administrative responsibilities for service to Managing Director
- Arranging travel and maintain schedules
- Possible travel with MD to India for business development and seminars
Administration (70% to 80% time)
- Should have handson experience in social media marketing
- Day to day management and development of business.
- Identifying new sales leads, devising strategies, implementing new business initiatives and setting targets for driving sales growth across the business.
- Forming strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their existing networks.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Invoicing, Payment followup, PowerPoint presentations
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products
- Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met with training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Skills
- Strong communication and IT fluency with creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems and ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines with excellent time management and organization skills
Essential
- Mature personality, highly flexible, team player, customer service oriented, organized, makes suggestions to improve the business, friendly and has a positive and constructive attitude.
- Very high attention to detail, selfstarter and able to work unsupervised.
- Is able to work under pressure and long hours when called for by the nature of the business.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate with minimum 3-4 years in BDE position or HSE with minimum 5 years in BDM position
Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
