The Role

The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

They will coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.


Responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage Maintenance, FM, Fitout projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. 2. Supervise and lead a team of engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project goals are met. 3. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards. 4. Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, and present them to stakeholders for approval. 5. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure all project requirements are met. 6. Prepare and review project contracts, change orders, and other legal documents. 7. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues or concerns. 8. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines. 9. Manage project budget and track expenses, making adjustments as needed to stay within budget. 10. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including clients, management, and other team members. 11. Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that may affect project delivery. 12. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and other relevant records.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. 3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials. 4. Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills. 5. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. 6. Familiarity with project management software and tools. 7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 9. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations. 10. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. 11. Valid UAE Driving lisence
