Job Title:
Laundry Man

Job Summary:

The Laundry Man is responsible for ensuring that all laundry items, including linens, towels, and clothes, are properly cleaned, pressed, and folded, and that the laundry facility is kept clean and organized.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collecting soiled linens, towels, and clothes from various locations within the establishment.

Sorting and separating items according to fabric type, color, and level of dirtiness.

Operating washing machines, dryers, and pressing machines to clean and sanitize laundry items.

Ensuring that all laundry items are properly folded and stored in designated areas.

Performing routine maintenance on laundry equipment and reporting any malfunctions to management.

Maintaining an inventory of all laundry supplies and placing orders for new supplies as needed.

Keeping the laundry facility clean and organized at all times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in laundry operations is preferred.

Knowledge of different types of fabrics and how to properly clean and maintain them.

Ability to operate washing machines, dryers, and pressing machines.

Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Salary:
AED AED750.00 per month
