keep track & reduce patients wait time through effective time and resource management.- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and report findings to management
- Review patient records to ensure that all required information is accurate and up to date
- Reviewing insurance claims to ensure that they are processed accurately
- Developing procedures to deliver optimal customer service.
- Handle VIP patients and insure they receive a premium experience
- Be fully prepared to answer all inquiries in person, and on the phone
- Optimizes patients' satisfaction
- Resolve issues swiftly and efficiently in a friendly, supportive manner.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes
- Achieve sales target assigned by recommending procedures and products needed by the patient
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Receptionist at medical center: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- arabic and english (preferred)
Expected Start Date: 20/03/2023
