We are looking Clinic Manager -
Marketing Manager for DR KAMKAR MEDICAL CENTER L.L.C with an experienced 4 to 5 years in Dubai.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the clinic And Marketing, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Plan Manage Medical Field Marketing and supervise clinic staff, including nurses, administrative personnel, and support staff.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of patient care and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and treatment plans.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the clinic team.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Coordination with healthcare Insurances companies for new empanelment & Addition of Networks

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Clinic Manager
  • Marketing Manager in the medical field in Dubai.
  • Background in the medical field is essential.
  • Strong leadership In Marketing and managerial skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a healthcare facility.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:


  • Competitive salary ranging from AED 4,500.00 to AED 6,000.00 per month.
