**Overview:**

We are seeking a talented, creative, and team-first Videographer to join our dynamic team. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality visual content for various purposes, contributing to our organization's multimedia presence.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Capture Footage:**

Operate cameras, drones, and other filming equipment to capture high-quality footage.

Ensure proper framing, lighting, and composition for each shot.

2. **Editing:**

Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product.

Utilize video editing software to enhance visual content and storytelling.

3. **Project Collaboration:**

Work closely with the creative team to understand project goals and objectives.

Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to execute the vision.

4. **Technical Proficiency:**

Stay updated on the latest video production trends, technologies, and equipment.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to filming and editing processes.

5. **Storyboarding:**

Assist in the development of visual storyboards for projects.

Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall visual narrative.

6. **Organizational Skills:**

Manage and organize video files, ensuring accessibility for future projects.

Maintain an efficient workflow to meet project deadlines.

7. **Communication:**

Effectively communicate with team members and project stakeholders.

Incorporate feedback to refine and improve the final product.

**Qualifications:**

Proven experience as a Videographer with a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion, hustle, and grit.

**Experience:**

Minimum of 3 years of professional videography experience.
