    Black & Grey HR islooking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join a distinguishedAutomotive Parts Manufacturer in Dubai UAE.

    This role is a perfectmatch for individuals who are passionate about the automotiveindustry and excel in the sales domain particularly within theaftermarket segment.

    As a pivotal member of our clients team youwill spearhead the aftermarket sales department crafting andimplementing robust sales strategies to not only meet but exceedrevenue goals and broaden market presence.


    KeyResponsibilities:
    Proactivelyidentify and cultivate new business opportunities establishingstrong relationships with essential customers distributors andpartners.
    Design and executecomprehensive sales strategies to meet or surpass sales targets andincrease market share within the aftermarketsegment.
    Sustain and enhanceexisting customer relationships ensuring exceptional customersatisfaction and loyalty.
    Stayabreast of market trends competitor actions and customerpreferences to seize opportunities for product innovation andenhancements.
    Collaborate withmarketing product development and operations teams to align effortsand bolster sales initiatives.
    Compile and present detailed sales forecasts reports andperformance indicators to seniorleadership.
    Willingness to travelfor customer meetings industry events and visits to regionaloffices asrequired.

    Requirements

    A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or relatedfields with an MBA being highlyadvantageous.
    A minimum of 10years experience in automotive sales specifically focusing onaftermarket parts andaccessories.
    A proven ability tomeet sales targets and foster revenue growth in competitiveenvironments.
    Exceptionalcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
    Indepth knowledge ofAftermarket Parts Brands.
    Astrategic mindset capable of analyzing market trends to deviseeffective sales plans.
    Flexibility to travel and thrive in a dynamic fastpaced worksetting.
