Home Health and Community Nursingwithin the UAE and UK.We are looking for a skilled IT support engineer to assist our userswith computer hardware and software issues. You will be required to assist withhardware and software installations and upgrades, application support, andbasic IT-related issues
Job Responsibilities:
Responding to support requests and contacting users tofind out the nature of the problem.
Troubleshooting hardware, software issues andnetworking and connection issues.
Installing and maintaining hardware and computerperipherals and installing, upgrading operating systems and computer software.
Provide Level 1 support for IT Applications and advisingon software or hardware upgrades.
Providing basic training in computer operation andmanagement.
Completing job reports and ordering supplies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or informationtechnology.
Work experience of more than 2 years as an IT supportengineer or support technician and hands on experience in Windows ActiveDirectory and creating Policies.
Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems,chipsets, memory modules, and peripheral and popular operating systems,software applications, and remote connection systems.
Ability to solve complex hardware and software issuesand excellent interpersonal skills and good written and verbal communicationskills
