· Answer incoming calls quickly and professionally.

· Writing down messages and delivering them to the intended recipients.
· Directing visitors to the appropriate person or department.
· Providing information about the organization and its services.
· Scheduling appointments for clients or employees.
· Confirm appointments and manage the calendar.
· Receiving and distributing mail and parcels.
· Coordinate outgoing mail and parcels.
· Maintain order and presentation of the front desk area.
· Ensure the availability of office supplies at the reception desk.
· Control access to the place by issuing cards or permits to visitors.
· Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe environment.
· Assist with administrative tasks such as classification, data entry, and photography.
· Providing support to other departments as needed.
· Respond to inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate person.
· Dealing with complaints or problems by directing them to the correct channels.
· Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to privacy policies.
