    Our employees are the key ingredients to our success,​ and you will be responsible for HR support to the UAE market, on topics such as employee engagement, DE&I and wellbeing initiatives, labor law policies, rolling out learning and developing agenda, in addition to providing support on broader MENAP BU HR initiatives where relevant. You are a trusted partner and will drive implementation of global strategies and initiatives across the market. You will be responsible for influencing business strategy for people-related issues.

    How you will contribute

    You will:

    ·Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders "colleagues, people managers, legal and communication partners" understanding the commercial impact of people decisions in order to fulfil business objectives, providing an outside-in lens.

    ·Lead employee relations strategy including elements of communication.

    · Drive engagement on the market culture agenda; coach leaders on the key cultural elements and organizational values – being the custodian of high-performance work systems.

    ·Support an effective Learning and Development programs in collaboration with the talent management team.

    · Lead DE&I market initiatives to ensure deep and diverse talent.

    ·Activate and drive wellbeing "The Right You" initiatives.

    ·Drive Employer Branding agenda in collaboration with the talent acquisition team.

    ·Act as the custodian of HR policies and procedures, in line with company practices and labor law.

    ·Leverage data analytics to drive solutions and decisions that translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy.

    ·Inform and update People Services of any local, legal and regulatory changes in the market.

    ·Provide support on MENAP initiatives as required.

    What you need to know about this position:

    This role reports to People Lead KSA and Gulf & Developing Markets.

    Education / Certifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in HRBP role.
  • Additional broad experience of a specialist HR scope is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Job specific requirements:

  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Analytical and goal oriented.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
  • A motivated influential change catalyst.
  • Travel requirements:

    No travel expected for this position.

    Work schedule:

    Following local labor law.

    No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
