Description
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.- Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
- Helping prepare for meetings.
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
- Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives.
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Provide all Admin work and assist to the Managing Partner in daily tasks requirements
- Ensure accuracy of information across marketing channels such as website, brochures
Requirements:
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Hard Working and Ability to deal with Customers and suppliers in a diplomatic manner
- Taking initiative and ability to make decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English / Arabic speaking is a plus
- Discretion and confidentiality
- PA diploma or certification is a plus
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
