ReadyMix PumpController
Ouresteemed client a front runner in the construction materials sectorspecializing in building materials is currently seeking a skilledReadyMix Pump Controller.You will be responsible for the safe andefficient operation of concrete pumps on construction sites youwill play a vital role in delivering concrete to designated areasaccording to projectrequirements.
KeyResponsibilities:
Coordinate withCentral Dispatch for daily Pump requirement schedule and job sitelist.
Manually assignOperators/Pumps to specific jobsites.
Fill monitoringsheets according to Plan vs.Actual.
Review Pumpsheets from Operators and submit them to Fleet Coordinator forPumps.
Coordinate andassist Operators with site issues (conditions disputes pump unitsetc.).
Oversee Safetycompliance and observe unsafe behavior of personnel onsites.
Reallocatemobile pump after completing concrete pumpdeliveries.
Provide feedbackon pouring conditions to Pumps Superintendent and CentralDispatch.
Conduct weeklyTBT (Take 5/Take 5 for drivers) and daily safetyhuddle.
Help maintaincleanliness of equipment and workingareas.
KeyQualifications andSkills:
Completion of102 academic qualifications. Strong logical thinking skillsrequired.
Minimum of 1year of experience working with ReadyMixConcrete.
Computer skillsare amust.
Familiarity withbatch plantoperations.
Understanding ofconcrete products materials and productionprocesses
Basic knowledgeof safetyprotocols
Proficiency inEnglish(mandatory)
Proficiency inHindi/Urdu (optional)
