We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Person to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our unique novelty items/collection division.


As a Sales Person at Shaygan Nuts, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our exceptional product range, which includes luxury nuts, saffron, imported delicacies, and unique novelty items/collection.

You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing these distinctive products while upholding our commitment to excellent customer service and the Emirates Tradition.

This role requires dedication, proficiency in Arabic as a mother tongue, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage customers, providing personalized assistance and guidance throughout their shopping journey.


Develop an in-depth understanding of our product range, including luxury nuts, saffron, imported delicacies, and unique novelty items/collection, to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and origins.

Actively listen to customers' preferences and requirements, offering appropriate recommendations that align with their interests.

Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales area, ensuring products are well-displayed and adequately stocked at all times.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing our point-of-sale (POS) system.

Conduct product demonstrations and tastings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our novelty items/collection.


Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors to provide valuable insights and contribute to the growth strategy of our unique novelty items/collection division.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, share customer feedback, and maintain a positive work environment.


Qualifications:
Arabic mother tongue with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Previous sales experience, preferably in the retail industry, with a focus on luxury goods or unique novelty items/collection.

Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service while upholding the Emirates Tradition.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, demonstrating efficiency and attention to detail.

Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.

Passion for unique novelty items/collection and a keen eye for trends and innovative products.

Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and peak periods as required.

Expected to work with respect to Management and colleagues observing proper work ethics.

AED3, AED 6,500.00 per month
