    The Nestle MENA HR Services team is looking for an HR Projects Specialist – If you are an UAE National interested in a career in Human Resources, this is a great opportunity to learn in an international environmentResponsibilities:


    Deliver local administrative services within the defined SLA's in line with Standard Routines across HR ProcessesProvide timely information to HRBPs, Centre of Competence (COC), Centre of Scale (COS) and Line Managers as appropriateProvide relevant information and manage local HR processes (e.g.

    Payroll, Time Management, Benefits).Ensures policies, practices and procedures are applied, understood and followed with a customer centric mindsetProvide a high quality first level customer experienceIdentify improvement opportunities and liaise with stakeholders on how to implement them


    Requirements:


    No experience is requiredUse of Microsoft Excel, High level of comfort using multiple technologies to execute processesAbility to work as part of a multicultural and virtual teamGood communication and interpersonal skillsDetail orientationDevelop relationships and work proactively and autonomously.
