    Contract Business Process Architect with ARIS Expertise

    Role Overview

    Alchemy Global is a dynamic Management Consulting company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, with a global presence through branches and representatives worldwide. We are currently seeking a skilled Business Process Architect with expertise in ARIS to join our team on a contractual basis.

    As a Contract Business Process Architect, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing business processes of our client through using ARIS. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and design streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This will take place through a 2-3 month contract and engagement.

    Responsibilities Overview

    • Utilize ARIS to model and analyze existing business processes.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather process requirements and objectives.
    • Identify and recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities.
    • Design and document future state processes using ARIS or similar tools.
    • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and feedback from relevant teams.
    • Work closely with project managers, analysts, and IT teams to ensure seamless process implementation.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented processes.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Business Process Architect.
    • Strong background in using ARIS for process modeling and analysis.
    • In-depth knowledge of business process optimization and reengineering concepts.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
    • Previous experience in leading process improvement initiatives is a plus.
    • Relevant certifications in ARIS or Business Process Management are advantageous.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • hands-on experience with ARIS or similar Business Process Management tools.
