    Leading key accounts and generate new or add on business and services via cross selling Communicating and working closely with the project/program team to ensure deliverables are understood, defined, time lined and measured for project proposals Monitoring progress towards achievement of project objectives and KPIs with effective management of project risks and opportunities Proposing remedial courses of action where Project progress is not in accordance with agreed objectives and communicates this to direct reports as agreed with Digital Delivery Manager.

    Developing solutions for variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.

    Researching and developing existing applications and custom applications to aid in project delivery and management workflows Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols, carrying out periodic reviews ensuring lessons learned are captured and relevant improvements implemented when needed in line with the JLL QA/QC process.

    Improving and growing the efficiency of delivery processes and procedures to enhance and sustain JLL's internal capacity and continuously improve on service delivery.

    Coordinating with leadership and facilitate the development of partnerships with leading vendors and market players that provide complimentary services Supporting and training new team members.


    Qualifications:
    3-5 years of experience in a similar role. The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving. Thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding and service-oriented environment. A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition. Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of project management standards including procurement, change management and various other functions. Working knowledge of agile development methodologies.

    Ability and willingness for frequent travel within the GCC and Middle East The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication.
