We are looking to hire a Goods Receiving Clerk with the following skills & qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p> A.Respect the policies and procedures
implemented on the process of receiving.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

Support and encourage the objective of cost control and maintain traces for
audi<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

C
Posting/Feeding all the invoices and Credit Notes in Prologic System.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span>D
Posting all invoices along with Purchase order and Receiving Records on daily
basis.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

E
Update the purchasing manager and rejected deliveries, short supplies and
non -supply of products for alternative actions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

F
Ensure the quality, quantity; prices and self -life of the incoming supplies are
according to the purchase orders.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

G
Where appropriate obtain specialist opinion on the quality of the supply from
department concern.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

H
Secure the product received on behalf of the Zoo and arranged deliver to them
to respective department or stores without delays.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

I
Documentation of Zoo properties returned, send out for repairs and refilling
etc.; and follow -up on their return.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

J
Update the accounts payable with all supporting at the end of the day.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

K
Maintain updated documents related to supplies on order in fine and in the
inventory system.  <\/span><\/span><\/span>

L
You will adhere to Zoo Hygiene and HACCP standards and ensure its Standard
Operating Procedures and Requirements are fully met.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
M.      
Maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in receiving and store areas.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

N
Other tasks as assigned.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
