What you will do

The Sales Executive, Digital Solutions is a key role based out in Dubai and will directly report to the Sales Director, Install Business for Controls and Security Systems and will join an emergent team that is responsible for growing the Building Technology Services footprint in GCC Market.

An expert Digital Sales Executive you are passionate about Sales activities of Open-Blue Digital solution. You will act as the liaison between internal and external customers and our digital solutions management teams.

As a key associate of digital solutions business development organization, focus on growth and continued adoption of the Digital Solutions software.

In this role you will have an emphasis on sales support, voice of the Key customers.


How you will do it

As a Digital Sales professional you will use your expertise to support and guide the growth of Johnson Controls digital business in GCC region and be accountable for building and handling content and supporting materials to enable self-sustaining regional sellers.

You Be responsible for the sales process of providing specifics around solutions/ product/offering, commercial strategies and how it enables customer outcomes and drive new and existing sales campaigns throughout the assigned region.


As an Experience Professional, Your responsibilities will be to build the pipeline and will be passionate about meeting the target numbers for digital solution offerings within planned regional goals you will actively review and handle opportunities through pipeline and forecast reviews with region and broader OneJCI team.

You will Prioritize where needed, support to sales and marketing in finding technological solutions to customers' needs.

Being an expert ensure objectives of the company, policies and quality system are implemented, understood and maintained at all levels.

You will be presenting JCI capabilities and service offerings to the key partners withing the organization and external clients and decision makers.


What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and/or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of consultative solution selling with strong IT proficiency and background in Building Management System (BMS) Big Data or Cloud computing or IoT or SaaS or PaaS within GCC region
  • Recent experience of selling Energy, Asset Management and Building's occupant user experiences
  • Proven track record of collaborating with internal partners or business units to build integrated solutions that address complex client and technological challenges
  • Highly motivated business development to build positive relationships with senior business/technology managers
  • Must be able to successfully tie technology and business objectives to build demand, nurture adoption of new solutions, and close deals
  • Sophisticated communications skills to negotiate solutions and resolve issues with peers, partners, and customers
  • Experience of working with Microsoft as partner will be preferred
  • Proven record of running end to end sales cycle
  • Strong ability to build and implement strategic plans
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, resultsoriented and excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent Partner Management, communication abilities and strong presentation skills
  • Proficiency level of English spoken and written
